Marist High School offers limited merit based scholarships to incoming freshman students based on prior academic performance and/or scoring on standardized admission exams. Minimum academic performance levels are expected to be maintained by recipient students throughout their Marist careers. Giving to the Scholarship Fund enables Marist to encourage and reward high academic achievement among its students.
Marist High School, by working diligently to minimize tuition increases, recognizes the importance of keeping Catholic secondary education available to all families who choose to enroll their children. The Marist High School Tuition Assistance Fund provides financial assistance to students experiencing financial need to meet tuition and related expenses. By giving to the Tuition Assistance Fund, concerned benefactors enable Marist to annually offer tuition aid to students who might not otherwise be able to enroll or remain a Marist student.
The Adopt-a-Student Fund is a tangible way for the wider Marist community to share in Marist’s mission by investing in the life of a young man or woman, chosen by the investor, whose personal financial situation might prevent him or her from attending Marist. Typically, benefactors designate a particular student who will be the donors’ beneficiary. Benefactor(s) may remain anonymous or share in the student’s progress and achievement.
Benefactors interested in assisting Marist expand its library resources may choose to support this Fund. Gift support is used to purchase books, periodicals and other media needs throughout the academic year.
Giving to this fund enables Marist to upgrade computer technology throughout the school for students, faculty and staff.
Benefactor support of this Fund assists Marist’s ongoing effort to improve science labs, visual science teaching aids and purchasing other classroom materials for each science curriculum.
Marist High School seeks benefactor investment in the variety of sports offered by its Athletics Program. Benefactors may choose to support the needs of a specific sport within the program, including:

Marist students achieve academically and go on to higher education careers through knowledge imparted by dedicated, talented and skillful faculty committed to seeing students learn. Benefactor gifts to this Fund offers Marist the ability to assist faculty in maintaining and improving classroom skills by attending seminars and workshops that broaden personal professional teaching ability.
Visual and/or performing arts may hold special appeal to benefactors interested in helping students develop and expand individual talents through self expression before audiences or with a paintbrush, pen, computer imagery and other media.
Marist High School’s full-time Campus Ministry Program exists to help students integrate the concept of personal and communal spirituality. Students at all grade levels participate through age-appropriate activities such as retreats, liturgies and community service opportunities. Benefactor support of this Fund underwrites program activities.
Marist High School is proud to provide reduced rate private bus transportation for students to be safely transported between school and students’ homes. Gifts to this Fund allow transport rates to remain low for the benefit of student riders.
Benefactors interested in making a major gift to Marist High School may wish to consider giving for endowment purposes. In this case, the full amount of the gift is invested and only the interest earned on the principal is spent to fulfill a need or project.
Endowment giving is ideal for donors capable of making a larger commitment who may wish to establish a special named fund, such as a memorial scholarship, an endowed teaching position or a library acquisition fund.
