Marist High School Student to Participate in African American Scholars Program

Marist High School junior, Nia Daye, has been accepted to attend the African American Scholars Program at the University of Notre Dame in Indiana this summer.
This pre-college program is intended to offer young Catholic African American high school students the opportunity to explore historical, political, and spiritual legacies that center on civil rights, politics and religion.

Students of this program will get a total Notre Dame experience. Nia will dorm on campus residence halls and have access to virtually all of the resources as traditional undergraduate students. One college credit will be granted to all participants upon completion of the program.
