Marist High School has named Chris Hansen as Associate Director of Alumni Relations, effective immediately. Mr. Hansen graduated from Marist, class of ’99, and attended Saint Peter’s College, where he earned his bachelors degree in Education and American Studies. Mr. Hansen has been teaching history and economics for the past four years at Marist. He is also the assistant Varsity baseball coach, and he manages the bookstore.

Mr. Hansen will be responsible for expanding the alumni program at Marist, offering a variety of opportunities for graduates to become more involved in the school. He will be working closely with the President, Alumni Director, and Development Director. “We are looking forward to working with Mr. Hansen, as he becomes an integral member of our staff. Chris is hard-working, dedicated alumnus who is uniquely qualified for this position,” stated Mr. Slaski, President of Marist High School.

Mr. Hansen commented, “I am excited about this opportunity to help Marist continue to grow. I would like to thank Marist for this chance to give back, because Marist has done so much for me over the years.”
