Marist High School celebrated its Third Annual Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Saturday, November 17, 2007. Over 250 people, including event sponsors, Marist Brothers, alumni, faculty members, current Marist parents and students and friends, attended the school’s major fundraising event which was held in the Marist gym.

Inducted were Frank Anderson, recipient of the Spirit of Marist Award; Edward W. Reuter ’59, recipient of the Spirit of Marist Award; Gerard “Jerry” Scala ’78, recipient of the Athletic Achievement Award for Soccer; Maj. Gen. George R. Fay ’66, recipient of the Professional Achievement Award; Charles J. Cicchetti ’61, recipient of the Professional Achievement Award; and the 1959 Basketball Team for Team Achievement.

Honorees fondly and eloquently spoke of their personal Marist memories, classmates and teachers. All expressed their pride in being chosen for the honor. Each remarked that their Marist education provided them with a firm foundation for the success they found in their respective occupational and professional fields.
